Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

A Workplace and Practice Built for Everyone

At Autism Behavioral Consultants, we are committed to building a workplace and a practice where diversity is respected, equity is pursued deliberately, and inclusion is felt by every person we serve and employ.

We take active steps to make this real:

In Hiring and Staffing

We seek to build a team that reflects the diverse communities and families we serve, and we evaluate candidates fairly, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.

In Clinical Care

We deliver culturally responsive services that honor each family's background, values, language, and beliefs, ensuring every child's treatment plan reflects who they are, not a one-size-fits-all model.

In Staff Development

We provide ongoing training on cultural responsiveness, implicit bias, and inclusive practice so our team can support families from all backgrounds with competence and respect.

In Our Workplace Culture

We foster an environment where every employee feels safe, valued, and empowered to bring their full self to work, and where feedback and advancement are based on merit and performance.

We know this work is ongoing. We hold ourselves accountable to these commitments as we grow, and we welcome feedback from our staff, families, and community partners on how we can do better.
